The Butcher's Block
The Butcher's Block, an intimate and immersive chef's counter experience with executive chef, Sonny Ingui.
The experience includes a private table adjacent to the kitchen, three-course dinner, full kitchen and butcher shop tour, an overview of the house grown mushroom program and dry aging process, plus tableside preparation and cooking by Chef Sonny, and more. This exclusive dinner is available to book every Thursday – one table at 5:30pm and one at 8:00pm with a max of two couples per seating.
